1. God’s goodness is something He wants us to experience.

    Psalm 34:8 invites us to “taste and see that the Lord is good.”

2. God’s goodness is the experience of every generation of His children.

    Ps 100:5 “For the Lord is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his
    faithfulness to all generations.”

3. God’s goodness is all over that He does.

    Ps 145:9, “The Lord is good to all, and his mercy is over all that he has
    made.”

4. God’s goodness may not be immediately obvious.

    Lam 3:25 “The Lord is good to those who wait for him.”

5. God’s goodness is a refuge, and He is aware of the people who find 
    Nah 1:7 “The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; he knows  
    those who take refuge in him.” "knows" means He draws near in intimate
    fellowship when we protect ourselves within His character.
